Corporate Giving Campaigns
Support CURE through your company’s annual corporate giving campaign. It is a convenient way to give your contribution through regular payroll deductions.

Combined Federal Campaign
CURE participates in the world's largest workplace charity campaign — the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Through the CFC, as well as state and local campaigns, government workers support the work of CURE through payroll deductions. Pledges made during the annual campaign season (September 1 to December 15) will help us fund Epilepsy research.

If you are a federal government or military employee, and would like to pledge through the CFC, please enter CFC code #67476 on your pledge card during the next campaign.

Double Your Donation!
Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations. Some provide matching funds to support employee volunteer hours. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of your gift!

If you do not find your employer through this search, please check with your company to see if it offers a matching gift program that will match your gift or volunteer hours to CURE.

You may mail your completed matching gift form to:
CURE
223 West Erie Street
Suite 2SW
Chicago, IL 60654

Our personal gift and matched contribution will be credited to the program or event location that you designated.
If you have any questions about matching gifts please call the CURE office at 312-255-1801 or email us at info@cureepilepsy.org
