Like many parents of children with epilepsy, my wife Lori and I sometimes feel helpless in his fight to become seizure free. So we decided to create and develop the website “Cooper’s Collection”. “Cooper’s Collection” is an on-line retail site for the sale of our outdoor wood furniture line and other associated products. “Cooper’s Collection” is named after my son Craig “Cooper” Grochowski who suffers from partial/complex seizure disorder. 5% of all sales will be donated to Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy (CURE).
For those with epilepsy and seizure disorders
This Meetup group is intended for those in Chicago who are affected by seizures/epilepsy directly or through someone in their lives. We also welcome those interested in learning more about it! 1 in 26 individuals will develop epilepsy in their lifetime. The purpose of the group is to bring young adults affected by seizures/epilepsy together to socialize, find support, learn more about each other’s experiences and to have FUN! This group meets the last Sunday of each month.

In 1937, Bing Crosby invited a group of friends to get together for some golf, a clambake, and most importantly, to raise a little money for local charities.... the rest is history.
In 2017, Southbury, CT residents Joe LaCava and David Fradkin are inviting a group of their friends to get together for some golf, food, beverages, and most importantly to raise awareness and a little money for meaningful charities.... the rest will be history.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit CURE. View the flyer or visit S4epilepsywalk.com for more information.
